With a thickness of 53 microns (+/- 2 microns, average deviation 0.5 microns), our pouches sized 325mm (W) x 150mm (H) yield 420 pouches per kilogram. Featuring a thickness of 60 microns (+/- 2.5 microns, average deviation 0.5 microns), our pouches sized 325mm (W) x 150mm (H) yield 370 pouches per kilogram. We have implemented a fully advanced 3/7 Layer IBC Blown Film Extrusion plant from Kabra Extrusion Tech, equipped with automatic gauge control, boasting a capacity of 1000 metric tons per month. An additional capacity of 500 tons will be added by December 2024. Our machinery lineup also includes a 9-color CI flexographic machine.
